Spirit of Wells Cathedral

The Spirit of Wells Cathedral is a new book which grew out of the High Sheriff's Concert of 2007 when Mrs Annie Maw (Vice President of the Friends and at that time High Sherriff of Somerset), wanted to tell the tale of the Cathedral.

The text has been written by Dr Robert Dunning (lately editor of the Victoria History of Somerst and Chairman of the Friends Council), who wrote the script for the original concert.  His words are accompanied by pictures taken by Mr Michael Blandford, Chairman of the Cathedral Guides' Committee.

This book is on sale in the Cathedral Shop or can be sent to you by the Friends' Office for the payment of post and packaging of £ 1.25 (59p for each additional copy) in addition to the cover price of £4.99
