New Entry Arrangements

On Monday 30th March the Pilgrims Porch and the ramp up to the South West Tower of the Cathedral opened. 

Entry to the Cathedral during the day is now through the new entry clositer and the South West Door (and North West Door) will be locked between 9:00am and 5:00pm - Monday to Saturday.

The cloisters are now completely clear and for the first time in many years it is possible to enjoy the view from one end of the cloister walk to another.

 The South West Door will before 9:00am and at 5:00pm to allow access to those wishign to attend services before and after the new entry, shop and reaturant are open.
